Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard view appears as soon as you log into the Evident platform. You'll see your company name at the top, as well as your name and email in the upper right-hand corner. To log out, click the arrow next to your name and select "Logout."

Across the top, you'll see three metrics boxes. The reports default to the last 3 days, but you can personalize this by clicking the “date” field and selecting a custom range.

    • Sent vs. Completed: Indicates how many requests have been sent and how many requests have been completed
    • Share Rate: Provides a share or completion rate, for a select period of time
    • Completion Times: Displays average turnaround from the point when a request is sent to the point when it's completed

    The tool bar underneath the metric boxes offers multiple filtering options and a CSV export.

  • Date field: Select custom date ranges to view specific reports and requests
  • Search box: Search for IDO email addresses and/or any other identifiers from the request summary field
  • Export: Download a CVS report of all the requests you've sent in a given date range
  • Create Request button: Click to send a new request

Administration

On the left-hand side, you'll see a few tabs. Click to expand the "Administration" tab and access your Account Setting options. Don't forget to click the "Save" button on the right side after you make any edits.
