Evident’s onboarding experience helps you get up and running quickly and confidently. From day one, you’ll work with a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who guides you through setup, answers questions, and supports you at every step.

Onboarding follows a simple, structured flow designed to be clear and manageable.

Kickoff & Introduction
Meet your CSM, align on goals, and get an overview of Evident and the Activation Hub.

Activation Hub Setup
Complete short, interactive trainings to set up branding, notifications, and risk profiles using a guided checklist.

Risk Profile Review
Review your setup with your CSM to ensure everything aligns with your vendors and goals.

Product Training
Guided walkthroughs help you navigate the platform, review results, and manage compliance day to day.

Go-Live
Once your initial vendors and requirements are running smoothly, you’re live.

Training & Support

You’ll have multiple ways to get help during onboarding:

  • Activation Hub: Tasks, videos, and step-by-step walkthroughs
  • Office Hours: Weekly open sessions for questions and extra guidance
  • CSM Check-Ins: Three scheduled 1:1 calls during onboarding

What “Live” Means

You’re considered live when:

  • A starter set of vendors (up to ~20) is loaded
  • Risk profiles are applied and working as expected
  • You feel comfortable navigating the platform and reviewing results

After Onboarding

All training and reference materials remain available in the Evident Resource Center. Your CSM continues to support you as your program grows.
