Overview

Agentic Risk Insights is designed to help risk managers move from data to decisions faster.

Instead of manually piecing together trends across entities, requirements, and follow-up work, you can use Evie AI (the interface you’ll interact with) to:

  • Get a high-level snapshot of your risk surface
  • Identify the most material problem areas (and the cohorts behind them)
  • Understand “why this matters” with grounded, evidence-backed explanations
  • Receive clear recommended next steps and routes to drill-down evidence

What is Evie AI?

Evie AI is Evident’s dedicated AI experience inside the product. It’s designed to be:

  • Easy to start: guided entry with starter prompts
  • Account-aware: answers based on your authorized tenant context
  • Practical: focused on helping you prioritize and take next steps (not just summarize)

In Agentic Risk Insights v1, Evie becomes the primary place you engage with this guidance.

What are “Agentic Risk Insights”?

Agentic Risk Insights is a set of capabilities that use Evie AI to translate your program data into actionable guidance.

At a high level, the experience is built on two foundations:

  1. Risk manager objectives (Insight Cards): common “what should I do next?” starting points.
  2. Evie skills + data views: product-defined building blocks Evie uses to retrieve evidence, explain what it found, and recommend next steps.

Insight Cards: two high-value starting objectives

Agentic Risk Insights v1 launches with two core objectives designed to match how risk managers run weekly triage.

1) Core Risk Summary / Snapshot

Evie helps you understand your overall “risk surface,” including key areas like:

  • Engagement risk (non-responsive entities)
  • Compliance gaps (prioritized by severity)
  • Open actions requiring attention
  • Decline reasons that may require different playbooks

The goal is to quickly answer: What should I focus on first—and why?

2) Engagement / Response Risk

Evie helps you focus specifically on entities that represent unknown or elevated risk due to lack of response, such as:

  • Entities that have never responded
  • Entities that responded previously but are ignoring follow-ups

The goal is to quickly answer: Which entities are most urgent to address, and what’s the recommended next step for each group?

How Evie generates guidance (high level)

Evie’s responses are designed to go beyond summaries. When you ask a question—or start from an objective—Evie can:

  • Identify the most important cohorts (for example, groups of entities with shared issues)
  • Explain why they matter in risk-manager language
  • Recommend next steps (sequencing + playbook-style suggestions)
  • Route you to the underlying evidence (so you can validate and act)

Evidence-backed skills + data views

To keep guidance reliable, Evie uses a product-defined library of skills and the data views behind them.

Think of these skills as focused ways Evie can “look at your program” to answer questions consistently.

Examples of what Evie can support include:

  • Entity-level summaries (compliance, verification, risk profile)
  • Exceptions and decline reasons analysis
  • Actions and follow-up work summaries
  • Tables of entities that match a particular risk pattern

What this means for you

  • Faster triage: quickly identify what needs attention without hunting through views.
  • More confidence: understand “why it matters” with clear evidence.
  • Clearer next steps: move from insight → action with recommended sequencing and playbooks.
  • Better defensibility: clearer reasoning trails that support audit readiness.
