Reading Request Results

How to Read Request Results

You will receive an email notification once a request has completed verification. If you're not receiving these notifications, please email [e-mail] to set them up.

To view results, click on the individual request from the Dashboard View to see the request details.

The outcome of each verification is displayed under the "Request Attributes" section of the page.

Common Request Attributes and Results

 

Criminal Background Check

• Clear: The user has cleared the background check
• PolicyViolationsFound: According to the policy you set during the onboarding process, one or more violations have been found on the user's record

Motor Vehicle Record

• Clear: The user has cleared the background check
• PolicyViolationsFound: According to the policy you set during the onboarding process, one or more violations have been found on the user's record

Government Issued ID, Passport or Drivers License

• Valid: The ID, Passport, or Driver's License is valid and in good standing 
• Invalid: The ID, Passport, or Driver's License is NOT valid or not in good standing 
• UnableToVerify: This result does not indicate a failed state, rather, it should provide a medium-to-high confidence level that the ID is valid. The result may indicate:
  • The ID is damaged
  • Unable to read holograms or other security identifiers with 100% confidence
  • The image resolution is poor and indicates manipulation

Selfie Match to ID Document: Confidence Level

• High: 70 – 100% confident that the selfie matches the person on the ID 
• Medium: 40 – 69%
• Low: 1 – 39%
• None: 0%

Bankruptcy, Lien, and Judgements Historic Indicators

• Clear: No risk indicators were found that the user has ever had a history of bankruptcy, liens, or judgements
• Risk Indicators Found: Risk indicators were found that the user has ever had a history of bankruptcy, liens, or judgements

Previous Bankruptcy Filing Check

• None Found: The user has never filed for bankruptcy 
• Bankruptcy Records Found: The user has filed for bankruptcy in the past 

Age Verification (age 18+) *results apply to any age you are verifying 

• Valid: User is 18 years of age or older 
• Invalid: User is NOT at least 18 years of age 

CPR Certification

• Valid: The user has a valid CPR certification  
• Invalid: The user does not have a CPR certification 

OIG Exclusion List

• Clear: The user was not found on the OIG Exclusion List 
• Hits Found: The user was found on the OIG Exclusion List 

MMC

• Valid: The user has a valid MMC
• Invalid: The user does not have a valid MMC

Terrorist Watch List

• Clear: The user was not found on any terrorist watch lists
• Hits Found: The user was found on one or more terrorist watch lists

Sex Offender Registry

• Clear: The user was not found on any sex offender registries 
• Hits Found: The user was found on one or more sex offender registries
