I uploaded some of my documents but I have more. Why doesn't my link work?
Verification links allow only one upload. It is essential you gather all your documents and upload them together. Once submitted, documents immediately go to Evident's queue to verify.
If you've already completed a submission and need to upload more documents, please reach out to your client and have them send you a new verification link. Do not email your certificate(s) of insurance (COIs) to your client, as this does not ensure you will be verified.
Why doesn't my link work any longer?
Verification links are only accessible for a short period of time (typically 30 days). If a link was never used and has expired, you will need to request a new one.

I have multiple brokers. How do I upload my documents?
If you have policies held by different brokers, producers, or agents, be sure to gather all of your insurance documents from all responsible parties before submitting a verification to avoid non-compliance due to missing coverage. Our system currently does not permit you to provide some documents now and others later.
